In this episode, we have the pleasure of speaking with Liv Thornhill from SPF Private Clients UAE. Liv provides valuable insight into an off-plan mortgage product specifically designed for Dubai properties. Although currently available through only a select group of developers, this product presents an excellent opportunity for non-residents to invest in larger properties. It also allows investors to finance the remaining balance of their payment plan, thereby facilitating a more accessible and strategic entry into the Dubai property market.
 
Please note that this mortgage facility is limited to purchases made via certain developers who are willing to issue a Pre-title Deed and permit bank access for property valuation within the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA). These conditions are essential for eligibility.
